Jason joined SuperRatings when it was little more than a great idea and a PowerPoint presentation. Since joining, he has created and overseen the introduction of a number of key industry services and products including the Fund Crediting Rate Survey and Benchmark reporting.
Noting an increase in competition within the super industry and a new mobility amongst members, Jason saw how valuable a truly independent fund rating system would be to all super members. And so was born the SuperRatings Platinum, Gold and Silver Ratings, Australia’s first superannuation ratings. These ratings are now considered a reliable guide to a fund’s performance. Funds now display their ratings with pride – and members look for them as a symbol of reassurance.
Under his management, SuperRatings has developed to become a leading service provider to the super industry. It remains, as always, a fiercely independent voice on their performance.
